Slotted Bits

Slotted screwdriver bits have a single slot in the fastener head and the tool used to drive a slot is called a slot-head, flat-tip, or flat head. Slotted screwdriver bits are commonly used in aircraft assembly, maintenance and throughout the aviation industry. Slotted Bits can be used for driving screws and fasteners with hand tools, corded or cordless power tools, and pneumatic tools.
